End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using Phrazr ("the App").

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Transfer your license rights to any other party
• Use the App to generate harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

The App provides text paraphrasing services. You retain all rights to your original content. However, you grant us the right to process your text for the purpose of providing our services.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on this page.
